We are a coaching, mentoring & facilitation company and a community for all women, dedicated to supporting career mothers and ambitious women in achieving their personal and professional goals through the use of creative mindset & art, value-based business skills and body-mind knowledge & wellbeing. Our mission is to empower mothers & women to gain self-confidence, resilience, and create a fulfilling life purpose. Located in Finland and Europe, we work with clients internationally to help them thrive in both their business and careers as well as personal lives with family. You can enjoy both balanced family life and meaningful career. We will support you with 100% guidance and backup.
Mothers are in a key raise to raise future generations. Women are a superpower to creativity and they have skills to navigate through hard times. I am a coach, a mentor, an entrepreneur, artist, a yogini and a mother of a neurodivergent son. My experience includes working with hundreds of cultural professionals, artists, students, social and healthcare staff and professionals during 20 years bringing art and creativity, business skills and mindful practices to working life. Sustainable and fair work life for women, strong & loving mindset as a mother and courage to build peculiar career without breaking one´s core values is in the heart of my practice. I want to see you to achieve your goals and I am here to support you on your journey with all my heart!

Mentoring 1:1
We offer 1:1 mentoring from variety of subjects when you need quick or targeted backup for certain business, career or personal life issues. Our biggest experience comes from making business at creative industry, art, culture and social and healthcare fields. Mentoring package can vary from minimum 3 x to 10 x sets. Read more here >>
Community - membership
Without a supporting community we cannot thrive and grow. Our community expands every year and our vison is to have international network for mothers and women to join and find similar minded professionals and support others to grow & GLOW. Empowering Career Mothers - Story behind our company
All started when I was working years with mothers in both creative sector and social and healthcare & education. I saw many mothers, struggling between work-life and family life balance. Without any dreams, inspiration or future aspirations. Always stressed out, hurry and taking care of everyone. Giving to others. Except themselves. I realized I was also one of those mothers. I healed myself, grew up and took responsibility of my own life and wellbeing.
After 20 years of working within art, culture, social and healthcare, education and travel industry (i.e.) I found out the mechanism how to build a career that is not eating you - rather giving you and how to manage family life same time. Ambitious career, meaningful life goals and healthy family life can be achievable.
Feminine power is the superpower of the planet. We should not forget who we are as a woman. We are not machines, we are thoughtful, beautiful, ambitious, value-oriented and creative beings who can do much sustainable and respectful work in our community. Nobody should do this work alone - that is why I gathered a super intelligent and ambitious group of women around me. You are always welcome to join us!

Our goal is to help mothers gain confidence and resilience as they navigate the challenges of motherhood and career, allowing them to create a fulfilling and meaningful life for themselves and their families.
